Behind Bikini Bar is the Sevillian chef Rafa Zafra and his partner and chef Ricardo Acquista, creators of concepts such as Estimar, Casa Jondal, Rural, Amar or Per Feina, and the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding team. Bikini Bar is presented as a different and unique concept that transforms the simple -such as bread- into a sophisticated one, turning the classic bikini concept into a new dimension, aspirational and full of quality.
